First try to boot into recovery mode by booting into windows logon screen and turning off the computer 3 times.
Choose to go to the command line execute the commando: move d:\Windows\WinSXS\Pending.xml d:\Windows\WinSXS\Pending.old(check your windows driverfirst)
Reboot and wait
